TCSD #1 Family Advisory Council
In spring 2023 TCSD #1 gathered the first Family Advisory Council (FAC): 15 dedicated parents/guardians from 7 schools who represent diverse interests of families in our school district. They bring individual funds of knowledge and experiences to our collective efforts for effective collaboration between school, families and community resources for the well-being and academic success of all students.
The K-12 FAC meets quarterly with Principals to review Panorama Family-School Relationships data (administered annually in the spring to all TCSD #1 families) and develop action plans to increase family engagement.
