Dear SIS parents/guardians,
Due to a glitch in our School Messenger system, some of you may not have gotten any of the emails at the beginning of the year. We apologize for that and now that it has been resolved, we would like to tell you about the wonderful things your students are doing so far while learning at school.
PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE
Thank you to parents and guardians who came for the in-person parent-teacher conference Wednesday. It was wonderful to see and meet you all and talk about your student’s progress. If any parent was not able to come, our teachers and I are always available to meet with you about your student.
OUTDOOR FUN
Last month our students had fun celebrating the end of summer!
Many SIS and JHHS students joined in our White Water Rafting through Dave Hansen and hiking at Grand Teton National Park.
Thank you for allowing them to come, enjoy and learn about the great Jackson outdoors with us!

Estimados padres/tutores de SIS,
Debido a una falla en nuestro sistema de Mensajería Escolar (School Messenger), es posible que algunos de ustedes no hayan recibido ninguno de los correos electrónicos a principios de año. Les pedimos disculpas y, ahora que se ha solucionado, queremos contarles las cosas maravillosas que sus estudiantes están haciendo hasta ahora mientras aprenden en la escuela.
CONFERENCIAS DE PADRES-MAESTROS
Gracias a los padres y tutores que asistieron a las conferencias de padres y maestros en persona este miércoles. Fue un placer verlos y conocerlos a todos y conversar sobre el progreso de sus hijos. Si algún padre no pudo asistir, nuestros maestros y yo siempre estamos disponibles para hablar con usted sobre su hijo.
DIVERSIÓN AL AIRE LIBRE
El mes pasado, nuestros estudiantes se divirtieron celebrando el fin del verano.
Muchos estudiantes de SIS y JHHS participaron en nuestro rafting con Dave Hansen y en el senderismo en el Parque Nacional
¡Gracias por permitirles venir, disfrutar y aprender sobre los grandes espacios al aire libre de Jackson con nosotros!
